Counts unlabeled, assigned, unassigned, milestoned, demilestoned, locked, unlocked over the last 12 months. These are issue and pull request events that require triage or write permission. Commits and code review are not counted. labeled and renamed are excluded because GitHub issue forms record the issue author as the actor. Figures from October 18, 2026. This count is not comparable across projects: each project's automation decides which of these events a person emits. How this is counted.

Detailed Description

MeshSync is a Kubernetes controller that synchronizes cloud-native infrastructure state within the Meshery Operator ecosystem.

The tool addresses the challenge of maintaining consistent visibility across Kubernetes clusters and their managed resources by acting as a custom controller that discovers and tracks infrastructure components. It operates as part of Meshery's broader management platform, enabling real-time synchronization of cluster state and resource configurations back to a central management plane.

MeshSync is suited for organizations running Meshery who need automated discovery and state synchronization across their Kubernetes infrastructure. It works best in environments where multiple clusters or complex service mesh deployments require centralized visibility and management. The tool integrates directly into Meshery Operator, so adoption makes sense primarily for teams already using or planning to adopt Meshery for infrastructure-as-code and infrastructure-as-design workflows.

The project shows active development with regular contributions and engagement across its issue tracker. The codebase is maintained in Go and distributed through container images, with Helm chart support for Kubernetes deployment. Community discussion and support channels are actively used, indicating ongoing maintenance and user engagement with the project.
