Detailed Description

BloodHound Legacy is a deprecated Active Directory attack path visualization tool that has been superseded by BloodHound Community Edition.

This repository contains version 4 of BloodHound, which is no longer maintained. The tool uses graph theory to map and reveal hidden relationships and attack paths within Active Directory environments, helping security teams identify how attackers might move through a domain to reach administrative access.

Anyone considering this project should know that BloodHound Legacy has been officially deprecated and replaced by BloodHound Community Edition, which is free and actively maintained. The README explicitly directs users away from this legacy version toward the newer Community Edition, providing links to its repository, installation instructions, and full documentation. If you are evaluating BloodHound for Active Directory security analysis, you should use the Community Edition instead.

The legacy repository is archived and no longer receives updates or maintenance.
