Counts unlabeled, assigned, unassigned, milestoned, demilestoned, locked, unlocked over the last 12 months. These are issue and pull request events that require triage or write permission. Commits and code review are not counted. labeled and renamed are excluded because GitHub issue forms record the issue author as the actor. Figures from October 18, 2026. This count is not comparable across projects: each project's automation decides which of these events a person emits. How this is counted.

Detailed Description

The OpenFGA .NET SDK is a client library for .NET that wraps the OpenFGA API definition to enable fine-grained authorization in applications.

OpenFGA solves the problem of implementing complex permission systems by providing a Zanzibar-inspired authorization engine. The SDK acts as a wrapper around the OpenFGA API, allowing .NET developers to interact with OpenFGA services for managing authorization models, relationship tuples, and permission checks. The tool handles core authorization operations including checking permissions, expanding relationships, listing objects and users, managing stores, and reading or writing authorization models and assertions. It also supports batch operations, relationship tuple watching, and streamed list queries for efficient permission evaluation at scale.

Teams building applications with .NET should adopt this SDK when they need to integrate fine-grained authorization without building authorization logic from scratch. It suits projects where permission rules are complex or need to scale across many users and resources. The SDK is distributed through NuGet and can be installed via the dotnet CLI or Package Manager Console, making it straightforward to add to existing .NET projects. The tool includes support for custom headers, retries, and OpenTelemetry for observability, which are valuable for production deployments.

The project is autogenerated from the OpenFGA API definition, meaning the SDK stays synchronized with API changes through an automated process. Development activity shows engagement with community contributions through established channels for issues and pull requests. The tool maintains comprehensive documentation covering initialization, all major API operations, and integration patterns.
