Detailed Description

Karmada website is a documentation and website repository built with Docusaurus, a modern static site generator.

The repository serves as the central source for Karmada's website, documentation, and blog content. It uses Docusaurus to generate a static site from source files, enabling developers to contribute documentation updates through pull requests. The project maintains documentation across multiple versions of Karmada using a release branch strategy where each branch preserves docs for the six most recent versions, automatically removing the oldest version's documentation when a new minor release occurs.

Contributors can work on documentation updates without needing to preview locally, as the project automatically generates preview links in pull requests. For those who want to preview changes, the tool supports both Node.js and Docker-based local development environments, with a development server that reflects most changes live without requiring restarts. The build process generates static content suitable for hosting on any static content service, with built-in support for GitHub Pages deployment.

The project maintains an active contribution workflow with regular pull requests and welcomes community contributions to its documentation. Development activity shows consistent engagement with the repository through documentation updates and maintenance of the versioning strategy across release branches.
