Detailed Description

MySpeed is a speed test analysis software that records your internet speed over a configurable retention period and displays statistics and trends.

The tool solves the problem of tracking internet performance over time by automating speed tests at intervals you define using Cron expressions. It runs tests against your choice of Ookla, LibreSpeed, or Cloudflare servers and stores the results for analysis. The software generates statistics on speed, ping, and related metrics, presenting them through a web interface with both list and statistics views.

MySpeed suits users who want to monitor their connection quality continuously rather than run one-off tests. It works well for home networks, small offices, or anyone investigating intermittent connectivity issues. The tool includes health check notifications via email, Signal, WhatsApp, or Telegram to alert you when problems occur. It also integrates with Prometheus and Grafana for those already using those monitoring systems. You can configure multiple servers within a single instance and retain test results for any duration from days to indefinitely.

The project shows active development with regular updates addressing user needs and adding functionality. Work spans across core features, documentation, and platform support, with guides provided for both Linux and Windows installation. The codebase receives ongoing maintenance and refinement to keep the tool stable and usable.
