Maintainer activity

4 people did triage or write work on this repository in the last 12 months.

Counts unlabeled, assigned, unassigned, milestoned, demilestoned, locked, unlocked over the last 12 months. These are issue and pull request events that require triage or write permission. Commits and code review are not counted. labeled and renamed are excluded because GitHub issue forms record the issue author as the actor. Figures from October 18, 2026. This count is not comparable across projects: each project's automation decides which of these events a person emits. How this is counted.

How this project is maintained

41% of open issues come from outside the core team, a mix of external reports and the maintainers' own roadmap. Work labelled "bug" is answered fastest, typically in about 4 days, while "mta" waits about 22 months. Three people close 96% of everything that gets resolved.

Detailed Description

Korifi is an implementation of the Cloud Foundry V3 API that runs on Kubernetes.

The project addresses the need to run Cloud Foundry workloads natively on Kubernetes by replacing core Cloud Foundry components with Kubernetes-native equivalents. Rather than maintaining separate VM-based infrastructure, Korifi implements the Cloud Foundry V3 API surface entirely through Kubernetes custom resources, allowing developers to use familiar Cloud Foundry tooling and workflows while leveraging Kubernetes as the underlying platform.

Korifi suits teams already invested in Kubernetes who want to preserve the Cloud Foundry developer experience without running separate Cloud Foundry infrastructure. The project differs architecturally from Cloud Foundry for VMs, and developers should be aware that not all V3 Cloud Foundry APIs and filters are currently supported. The documentation explicitly tracks which API endpoints are implemented, and there are documented behavioral differences from traditional Cloud Foundry deployments that warrant review before adoption.

The repository has been archived and is no longer under active development.
