GC Minimal Zine Poster is a Codex skill for generating sparse, paper-textured editorial poster prompts and images from themes, sentences, ideas, or reference materials.

The skill transforms input into minimal zine-style posters by compiling requests into a vertical composition with a default 3:5 aged-paper canvas, 70-90 percent negative space, a single small imageable subject, restrained typography in serif or monospaced fonts, and one high-chroma color accent. It applies production techniques like xerox, risograph, halftone, or letterpress effects to achieve a quiet Japanese or Korean indie-zine aesthetic. The tool deliberately avoids commercial advertising layouts, glossy mockups, cinematic lighting, 3D rendering, and dense visual clutter. It includes multiple operational routes: generating a full poster, analyzing references without generation, using a supplied photograph as an edit target, and requesting prompt-only output without image synthesis.

Developers should adopt this skill if they need to produce editorial poster designs with a consistent minimal aesthetic or want to generate image prompts that specify sparse, paper-based visual systems. It suits projects requiring production-ready poster imagery or reusable visual direction documentation.
