Detailed Description

Patent Disclosure Skill is a tool for mining patent points and drafting patent disclosure documents in Chinese.

The tool addresses the challenge of identifying patentable innovations and documenting them in the formal disclosure format required by Chinese patent law. It supports three patent types: invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents. The approach combines automated patent point extraction with guidance for writing disclosure documents, alongside plain-language patent interpretation and policy trend analysis to help applicants understand the patent landscape and respond to examiner queries.

The tool is designed for inventors, patent practitioners, and organizations filing patents in China. It suits projects where teams need to systematize the process of identifying what aspects of their work are patentable and translating technical work into the formal disclosure documents required by Chinese patent offices. The tool integrates with Obsidian, making it suitable for users who manage their knowledge and project documentation within that ecosystem.

Development activity shows consistent engagement with the codebase through regular commits and updates to core functionality. The project maintains active documentation and examples that reflect ongoing refinement of the tool's capabilities. Contributions have been incorporated to address user needs and expand the tool's utility for the patent disclosure workflow.
