#2292 [BUG] 在 Agent（Code Mode 工具循环）会话中，遇到需要用户决策的澄清点（如「交付形态」「删除范围」）时，助手会在同一个逻辑回合内连续调用 deepchat_question 多达 23 次，反复追问语义相同、仅措辞不同的问题。它既不把用户的回答当作终态，也不响应回合中途的「停止」。循环只会在用户另发一条新消息（开启新回合）时终止。 两次观测分别持续约 83 分钟与 99 分钟，用户被迫以「你无限重复让我回答重复的问题」投诉。
